Drive More bookings with Brixham Direct

Hi, I'm Mia and I have been looking after holiday homes in Brixham since 2019. Brixham has a vibrant tourist economy and holds a special place in the hearts of people from all over the world. My mission at Brixham Direct is to drive more direct bookings straight to the holiday home owner, cutting out expensive service charges and offering both hosts and guests the chance to save money by booking direct.

Over the last year across the 4 properties that I manage in Brixham, I have paid over £10,000 in commissions to online travel agents such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Across the hundreds of holiday homes in Brixham this amount could total into the £millions. I believe by driving more direct bookings much of this money could be going to our local economy.

We will have a regular newsletter sent to all our property owners to include industry updates, Brixham events, special offers, trusted suppliers and community news. We will also have a mailing list for a guest newsletter where you can offer last minute deals and availability and even appear in a 'Know our Owners' section (if you want to!).
